breakfast and dinner in the same bowl. lol. I’ve been so busy and overwhelmed, staying after work late, running errands, trying to not forget about my friends. I feel so overworked trying to balance my schedule but its exhilarating because I can see myself overcome the challenges. just want everyone to know at least I’m eating well. I think I should be a chef for people haha.

peach-pecan granola with fresh raspberries and half a crushed Ghirardelli dark chocolate square with unsweetened almond milk for breakfast.

easiest just heat up dinner but sophisticatedly delicious. sautéed mushrooms and garlic chicken sausage. with porcini mushroom & truffle ravioli (so good, my favourite!) with garlic Alfredo sauce.

I had two bowls for dinner, the first I was starving so I just threw everything in a bowl and it looked like vomit but tasted like Italian heaven.! haha. made it a little more presentable for a pic the second time.

i cook so many different things like Thai masaman curry with chicken. I’m not sure how authentic it may have been but I thought it tasted wonderful. made with sweet potatoes, tiny baby potatoes, leftover broccoli and mushrooms. it was warm and delightful.

I haven’t ate out in so long! unless its for meeting friends or when I travel of course. (that reminds me I have a free pastry at panera I need to redeem before its too late?) this is the first time since 2009 that I have my own kitchen and I’ve been going crazy in there haha. its funny because I look like I’m on iron chef when I’m cooking, but its relaxing; ironically.

anyway this is starting to look like a diary post haha. but I guess I needed to say something, (vent?) sometimes I can be so disconnected. ok I have more things to do. bye. and don’t give up!
